Role Description
Account Management
Manage all aspects of a client's account:
Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
Be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client targeted deadlines
Be a liaison and first point of contact between the client and other practice area specialists within the firm
Sales and Business Development
Generate new direct business as well as indirect business channels:
Ensure clients are introduced to our full range of services, assess their needs and coordinate for consulting with practice area specialists within the firm
Initiate and generate new direct business with end clients
Develop partnerships and alliances with other individuals and organizations that will serve as a client referral source
