Toby was surrendered to us due to his high energy and his ability to be able to climb over most fences and chase cars. Toby will require some obedience training to help him become a better dog with no bad habits. We have been told by the previous owner that Toby gets along great with other dogs, has always been friendly with people of all sizes and has never harmed another animal.
